WritersHub Plus Buyer Purchase Protection
When you order academic writing or career advancement services, you want to know your money is safe. Our Buyer Purchase Protection policy covers originality, revisions, and refunds on every order, from payment through the fourteen-day review window after delivery described below.
100% Originality and Quality Guarantee
Every project, from a short essay to a dissertation chapter, is written from scratch and checked with plagiarism and AI-detection software before delivery. This check happens internally, before the document ever reaches your dashboard. If a draft fails the check, it goes back to the writer for a rewrite rather than being sent out. If you still find plagiarism in a final deliverable after it's been sent to you, you get a full refund and we investigate the case, including a review of the writer's process on that order.
How the Revision Process Works
If a delivered research paper or LinkedIn profile doesn't match your original instructions, you have fourteen days from delivery to review it and request changes. Compare the work against your original instructions and note anything that doesn't match, then use the "Request Revision" button in your dashboard to describe what needs to change. Your writer fixes it at no extra cost. For example, if a paper arrives with citation formatting that doesn't match the style you requested, that falls within the original scope, and a revision request gets it corrected without a new charge. Revisions are unlimited as long as they stay within the scope of your original project instructions; requests that add new requirements not in the original order are treated as a new order rather than a revision.
What Happens If a Revision Still Isn't Right
If a revision still doesn't address your original requirements, escalate the case to our Satisfaction Team through the same dashboard. The team reviews the order history, your instructions, and the delivered work, then either assigns a more senior writer to fix the remaining issues or processes a refund based on the scope of the problem. A minor formatting issue is handled differently from a paper that misses the assignment topic entirely, which is why the refund or reassignment decision depends on what actually went wrong rather than a single fixed outcome.
Timely Delivery, Cancellations, and Financial Security
We guarantee on-time delivery, whether it's an eCommerce strategy or an academic paper. If we miss the agreed deadline, you're entitled to a partial or full refund based on the delay's impact, for instance how close to your own submission deadline the late delivery landed. If you need to cancel an order while it's still in progress, that's allowed, and the refund amount is calculated based on how much work the assigned expert has already completed at the time of cancellation, so an order cancelled shortly after it starts is refunded differently than one cancelled near completion.
Payment Security
Our pricing is upfront, and payments run through PCI-DSS compliant gateways like Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card number or other financial details on our own servers, so a breach of our systems would not expose your card information. Questions about a refund? Check our FAQ or contact us.
Quality Assurance Before Delivery
Buyer Purchase Protection starts before your order is ever marked complete, not after. Every piece of work goes through an internal check against your original instructions before it lands in your dashboard: the assigned expert confirms formatting, citation style, and word count match what you ordered, and the plagiarism and AI-detection scan runs as a separate step from that manual check. This two-part process is why most orders that reach you don't need a revision at all. When something does need a revision, it's usually a smaller issue, such as a section that needs more depth or a citation that needs reformatting, rather than a fundamental mismatch with your instructions.
Confidentiality and Dispute Resolution
Every order is also covered by a confidentiality agreement, so your identity, your instructions, and the delivered work stay between you and WritersHub Plus. If a dispute can't be resolved through a standard revision request, our dispute resolution team steps in to review the order history directly: the original instructions, the delivered draft, and any revision requests already submitted. This gives the team a full record of what was promised and what was delivered, rather than relying only on a summary from one side. For most disputes, this review happens within the same fourteen-day window described above, so a decision on a refund or reassignment doesn't drag on indefinitely.
